You’ve booked your booth at Switchback Spring: Now what? This webinar will walk you through key exhibiting details and tips so you can make the most of your time in New Orleans. Whether you’re a seasoned trade show expert or a first-time exhibitor, you’ll hear useful details to make your Switchback Spring experience successful. The Switchback team will cover:

  • Exhibitor logistics and resources, including important discount opportunities and shipping deadlines
  • A preview of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and Switchback event space
  • Schedule overview, from trade show hours to move-in and move-out details
  • Creative social media tools and resources to help maximize your time at the event

The last 10-15 minutes of the webinar will be held for Q&A with the Switchback team.

Stefanie Cunniffe
Event Manager, Switchback

Stefanie will highlight the event schedule, how to get around the convention center and area, and all the networking and fun to plan for.

Regan Buck
Sr. Marketing Coordinator, Switchback

Regan will share how brands can make the most of their time at Switchback and plan for success. She will walk through smart booth staging, unique brand activations including how to win a free Happy Hour at your booth, ways to amplify your presence through social channels, and tips for using the matchmaking meetings on the Switchback Event App.

Erin Ell
Customer Service Project Manager, Switchback

Erin will provide a tour of the Exhibitor Resource Center while calling out important sections that require your attention, including deadlines. Some of the topics include: company profile, customer service, hotel reservations, booth staff registration, Freeman and convention center services, and lead retrieval.

Moderator

Sean Smith
Event Director, Switchback

Sean will guide the discussion as the moderator as well as provide an update on attendee registration and facilitate some Q&A at the end of the webinar.
