The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is located along the Mississippi River in the heart of downtown New Orleans. Switchback Spring will be located in Hall H of the convention center. The building is large; please allow additional travel time when planning your day.
  • Rideshare recommended: Search “Taxi/Rideshare Zone – 400 Calliope St” for drop-off and pick-up locations
  • Driving: Park in Lot F for the closest access to Hall H (Switchback’s location)
  • For GPS: Search “Convention Center Lot F (400 Calliope St)”
  • Daily parking: $23 per vehicle (no in/out access); arrive early, as parking lots may fill quickly.
  • Payment: Use the ParkMobile app (onsite or in advance)
