Mark Deming is the Chief Marketing Officer at employee-owned NRS. His role spans in marketing, sales, and product development. In 15 years at NRS, he has helped lead the 53-year-old company’s transformation from a mail-order distributor and retailer to a global outdoor brand. Mark is active in conservation and stewardship, leading NRS nonprofit partnerships, serving on the Palouse Land Trust board of directors, and volunteering his time to build and maintain trails. He is based at NRS headquarters in Moscow, Idaho, and has spent a lifetime exploring the rivers and mountains of the American West and beyond.
