Gregory Durso

Gregory “Greg” Durso is the Senior Program Director at the Kelly Brush Foundation (KBF), where he leads initiatives focused on adaptive sports and support for individuals with spinal cord injuries. Since joining KBF, Greg has played a pivotal role in the foundation’s growth, overseeing adaptive sports equipment grants, camps, and events. Under his leadership, the foundation has distributed over $6.4 million in adaptive sports grants to more than 1,800 recipients across all 50 states. Greg also started KB’s adaptive sports camps, which have grown to serve over 100 individuals annually. A T-4 paraplegic himself, Greg found strength and purpose in adaptive sports after his injury, using the sports community as a source of motivation. He enjoys outdoor adventures, including mono skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer, and is passionate about triathlons, wakeboarding, and boating. In addition to his leadership role at KBF, Greg is committed to using his experiences and relationships to create a lasting impact on adaptive sports worldwide.
