Bill Hodge is the co-host of The Wild Idea podcast and co-founder and President of Wild Idea Media. An award-winning conservation and media professional, he brings more than 35 years of experience spanning broadcast media, executive leadership, and public policy, including time in the radio industry, college sports media, and on Capitol Hill. Drawn by a lifelong passion for public lands, Bill transitioned in 2009 to conservation work, helping lead major legislative efforts and founding influential organizations such as Southern Appalachian Wilderness Stewards. His leadership and impact have been recognized by the White House and the U.S. Forest Service through multiple national awards.
