Please take every precaution to guard your merchandise and property from theft. Also, you should watch and take care of any personal possessions such as handbags, laptop cases, iPhones, iPads, etc. Do not leave your goods unattended. Security service will be maintained in the exposition area from the move-in period until after the close of the exhibition. However, exhibitors are reminded that they are responsible for the protection of their own product and exhibit materials.
No display material, in whole or in part, may be removed from the exhibit area prior to the close of the show at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, June 18th. Full-time employees of the exhibiting companies may dismantle their own exhibits without assistance from the local union. As soon as the exhibit floor is cleared of attendees, Freeman will begin returning empty crates and containers to the exhibit areas. PLEASE KEEP ALL AISLES CLEAR as blocking the aisles will delay your move-out.
Move Out Hours
Wednesday, June 18 4:00PM – 10:00PM
Thursday, June 19 8:00AM – 4:00PM
*Please have carriers check-in by 11:00AM on Wednesday, June 18 if you are planning on moving out that evening.
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 1:00PM on Thursday, June 19. Excessive booth materials or literature left in the booth at the end of the published move-out that is not labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash. The exhibitor will be charged for the removal and disposal of these items.
Freeman will control access to the loading docks in order to provide for a safe and orderly move in/out. Unloading or reloading at the dock of any and all contracted carriers will be handled by Freeman. Vehicles must not be left unattended at the loading areas. Any unattended vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during move-in. Excessive booth materials or literature left in the booth at the end of the published exhibitor move-out that is not labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash. The exhibitor will be charged for the removal and disposal of these items. Charges may include installation & dismantle labor, forklift labor and/or dumpster fee.
Outbound Bills of Lading must be competed and turned in at the Freeman Service Desk in Hall B – do not leave in your booth. Completed Bills of Lading will be accepted at the Freeman service desk only after your exhibit material is packed and ready to ship. Freeman will not accept Bill of Lading forms prior to the official show close at 4:00 pm on Wednesday.
For outbound shipments, all drivers are placed in line for loading on a first-come, first-serve basis, provided the exhibitor is completely packed and a Bill of Lading has been turned in to the Freeman Service Desk. A driver whose company’s Bill of Lading has not been turned in will be placed in a holding queue until the booth is packed and the Bill of Lading is turned in. Should your carrier fail to check in by the designated time, Freeman reserves the right to re-route shipment via the official show carrier as necessary, at the exhibitor’s expense.
