Megan Stoneburner is a sustainability consultant at Rise Collective Consultancy and founder of MCS Sustainable Solutions. She currently works with a portfolio of brands, including Marmot, to develop and implement sustainability strategies, establish measurable goals, and strengthen supply chain management and sourcing.
She brings nearly two decades of experience in the fashion and textiles industry, specializing in sourcing, sustainable materials, circular economy practices, and supply chain management. Previously, she served as Director of Fibers and Materials and Industry Engagement at Textile Exchange, where she led sustainable material strategy and industry collaboration. Earlier in her career, Megan led Sourcing and Sustainability at Outerknown and held key roles in product sustainability and innovation, production, and sourcing across Gap Inc. and Williams Sonoma Inc. brands.
