After a successful career as an engineer and trainer in the medical device field, Anne transitioned to lead a turnaround of her family’s business as President. Implementing EOS® in that business in 2014 was key to erasing a quarter million dollars in debt and setting the company on a path to stable growth and consistent profitability.
