Abigail Hollie (Sharpless) is guided by her faith and a deep commitment to service and community, which fuels her passion for building unity and belonging in running and outdoor spaces. She serves as Senior Program Manager for the Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC) and as Director of Community Impact on the board of the Outdoor Industry Women’s Association (OIWA), where she leads initiatives to expand access and create welcoming environments for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
