Josh Levinson is the Co-Founder of Charm City Run, which he launched with his wife, Kara, in 2002. Today, Charm City Run includes seven specialty running and walking stores across Maryland and Delaware, an events division that manages and times more than 60 races annually, and a robust training program that helps over 4,000 runners and walkers cross finish lines each year.
