We have a condensed schedule for move-in this year and want to make sure you have all the information you need to plan ahead. Early preparation will go a long way in making sure your setup goes smoothly.

Move-in hours are as follows:

• Tuesday, June 16: 12:00PM – 7:00PM (you are welcome to stay past 7:00PM if you need additional time to finish your setup)
• Wednesday, June 17: 7:00AM – 9:00AM

Please keep these windows in mind when planning your booth design and scheduling your labor. We encourage you to ship your booth materials to the Freeman Warehouse. Shipping to this advance warehouse will ensure that your materials are in your booth no later than 12:00pm on Tuesday. Please see the Shipping Page of the Exhibitor Resource Center for more information and shipping labels.

Morning Walk | Thursday June 18 | 6:45 AM – 7:45 AM, located off-site at Audubon Park

Start the day with fresh air and a guided walk or run throughout Audubon Park in New Orleans. Attendees will board a shuttle to the park, home to the Audubon Park Loop and some of the city’s most iconic Live Oak trees. Upon arrival, guests may walk or run as a group or independently. Once finished, participants will enjoy a light breakfast and coffee while connecting with Morning Walk sponsors to learn more about their products.

The Details:

• Meet at 6:00 AM in Hall H lobby of the convention center for complimentary shuttles. Shuttles begin departing at 6:15 AM.
• Audubon Park is a 20-minute drive from the convention center. Return shuttles depart at 7:45 AM, with arrival back to the convention center around 8:00 AM.
• Grab & go breakfast sandwiches and coffee will be provided at the park for attendees to enjoy after their walk or run.
• Click here for a map of Audubon Park, which features a dirt trail stretching just over two miles along the park’s perimeter. The trail is surrounded by more than 2,000 trees, including a large canopy of native Live Oaks, and is home to bird species such as Egrets, Herons, Double-Crested Cormorants, and Anhinga.

Through this form you will provide booth details along with drawings of the booth design for our Operations team to evaluate and approve. It is required for ALL exhibiting companies to complete this form as soon as possible.

If you are planning to offer samples of your food or beverage product at the event, please contact Cassady Applegarth at [email protected], to ensure you complete the pre-event requirements, meet all the onsite regulations, and secure approval from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
