EXHIBITOR TASK CHECKLIST

This profile includes company contact information, description and more. These details will be visible via all public-facing exhibitor lists as well as the event mobile app.

Exhibitor Resource Center

Through this form you will provide booth details along with drawings of the booth design for our Operations team to evaluate and approve. It is required for ALL exhibiting companies to complete this form as soon as possible.

If you are planning to offer samples of your food or beverage product at the event, please contact Cassady Applegarth at [email protected], to ensure you complete the pre-event requirements, meet all the onsite regulations, and secure approval from the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

Move-In Schedule

Sunday, June 15             Booths 400 sq ft or larger & vehicles
                                                 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Monday, June 16            All Booths
                                                  8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Trailers over 30′ must be brought into the Convention Center on Saturday June 14, 2025. All other vehicles must be brought into the Convention Center during move-in hours on Sunday June 15, 2025.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Badged Exhibitors have access to the exhibit hall two hours before the show opens each morning.

• Tuesday, June 17                             9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, June 18                     9:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Move-Out Schedule

We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official Vendor List before contracting with anyone. These fraudulent vendors use our logo and branding in their communications.
